“Missy communicated well. ”

“Very nice and clean property. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues were the water and ice dispenser were not working properly. Also, may be difficult for those that have trouble with stairs, But other than that it was a great stay.”

“You are kidding, right? The Host reaches out while we were on the way because she could not honor our paid reservation. I called the number I got from VRBO app to help find something else, but that # is for”

“Unfortunately, there weren’t as many beds/rooms as listed so we weren’t able to stay there comfortably and ended up leaving. There were only two rooms. There was one room with a queen bed, one room with a bunk bed and a twin bed, and then a sofa couch in the living room. “Very nice clean and a great place to stay ”

“Such a perfect little spot right on the river!”

“We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

“Our family enjoyed all the rooms & amenities at the house. Everything was beautiful. The pool & kayaking were a hit. Touring the Greenbrier bunker was educational for all of us. I emailed the owner about a couple of things & he responded promptly. A great place for all of us!”

“This cute little house worked perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine, laundry was helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Maybe less full pillows, but otherwise great. Modern and clean! Loved the photo of the dog in Lane Stadium! Close to restaurants, grocery, theater, and Virginia Tech!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The home reminded us of childrenhood with our grandparents. It was a short drive to all kinds of thrift shops and antique stores which we love. The restaurant next door was awesome. The host was easy to communicate with.”
