The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. “It was ok. Great location Waterview is a bit of a stretch. The room was clean but small-not sure that it was a queen bed as advertised-more like a double. There are no closets. Our parking spot was taken but the hotel accommodated and we could use another spot. The paint on the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom door did not shut properly and the was ac was a bit noisy. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned.
