This hotel is run down. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly. However, the hot tub is not in working order, the fitness room doesn’t have much for working equipment, breakfast is less than desirable. There is a hole in the ceiling with leaking water.

Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. ...

The cabin was clean and efficient, it had everything that was needed. Location was great for both the North and South entrances to the park. It lacked a tv in the bedroom and a hair dryer. Traper’s was closed for renovations so we had our dinners at Burly’s the food and company was excellent.

Everything was exactly as stated on the description. The only thing that I would say could be improved was the water situation. There was basically no water pressure.But it was enough for what my stay needed.
