New Orleans Area Waterfront Home - Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze ligger i Slidell en förort till New Orleans. Det ligger 25 minuter från franska kvarteret och är en lätt bilresa på I-10. Hemmet är en fyra sovrum hem med två stora sovrum och två mindre sovrum. Hemmet har totalrenoverats 2019 och allt i det är nytt. Designermöbler genom professionellt planerad och genomförd. Vackra accentbitar och konstverk. Stort vardagsrum med storbilds-TV. Nya apparater och köksartiklar. Stort däck med flera soffor och plysch stolar. Vackert stort ekträd som hänger över däcken ger ett bra område för skuggat sittplatser. Däcket är bara 15 meter från vattnet. Det finns en stor 105 ft kaj med djupt vattenåtkomst via båt. Ta med din båt och barn och simma, åka skidor, fiskar och båtar i Pontchartrain-sjön. Sjön är en 3 minuters båttur från kajen. Det finns ett stort däck som har plats för åtta och extra stolar för överflöde. Hemmet är 7 minuter från några av de bästa fiskarna i landet. Du kan även fiska precis utanför bryggan i yttergården. Det finns fenomenalt fiske i Rigolets i närheten med otroligt saltvattenfiske och tillgång till färskvattenfiske inom 20 minuter med båt.

Du kan leka i vattnet eller på båten hela dagen och träffa franska kvarteret på natten för jättekul och festa som ingen där annars. Du kan fånga en uber, taxi eller enhet. Bra från två par eller en familj. Det finns en bäddsoffa för överflöde som sover i vardagsrummet. Hemmet har ett fint lager kök med alla nya apparater. Det finns en dubbel ugn och stor spis. Hemmet har en stor fungerande eldstad och stort matsal med ett bord som expanderar till plats 8. Perfekt för familjen tillsammans och stora måltider.

This stay was more than anticipated, all elements of the property; location, and host added to the total experience. Other than the view, the stand out was a truly gormet kitchen!!It was apparent that all descriptions were true and accurate. There was no disappointing moment from check in to check out.My family truly appreciated the luxury of this home.

Beautiful location comfortable house

This property was perfect for our extended family! We were in town for a family wedding and the house allowed us to sit and visit on the back porch- both in the morning and the evening. It was spacious enough for 9 adults. Would definitely rent this property again. Thanks!

Multi Family Travelers

This was a perfect place to accommodate our group of 12. We especially like how all 3 couples had their own private bath… and that the teens could sleep in 2 separate rooms tucked away in a different area of the house. The amount of shared space was less than what we were used to but since we are a close group of friends - it actually allowed us more time to bond. I imagine that the outdoor space is a great alternative area for those that may need more space. Overall, this was a winner.

Family time

We stayed here for a family reunion. The home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house overall was spacious. I do wish the bunk room had a tv, where the kids stayed, and one of the guest rooms didn’t have one either. However, with such a spectacular view on the water we hardly missed them! Lisa was a wonderful host and accommodated us when our flights were canceled. We would definitely stay here again

Family Time

The property is very nice. It’s roomy, comfortable and worth the price. And 3 full bathrooms meant no one was ever waiting. Two of the baths even had a bench in the shower for my elderly Mom to sit while she showered. We did have an issue with a faulty faucet getting stuck on in one of the showers. But the rep was responsive, and came out and fixed it herself. I gave one less star on cleanliness because the outside deck had some spider webs, the pots and pans weren’t very clean, and the garbage disposal had a bad smell. All items that the cleaning crew should have taken care of. We also had an issue with the wonky combination lock system for the front door. It requires a code to get in. And it works fine when unlocking. However when locking the door, sometimes the deadbolt would lock and unlock, lock and unlock several times. Then when it stopped, I’d check the door and it would be unlocked. Sometimes we spent 10 minutes or so trying to lock the door. Overall, a lovely house on the water with an incredible outdoor space. I’d rent it again.

Oh Wowwwww!

The pictures does this property absolutely NO justice. This home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard was amazing and made for great relaxation. This home had all of the living essentials needed during our stay. Everyone slept comfortably and had more than enough space to in the common areas. The neighborhood was nice. We did a lot of driving back and forth to New Orleans which was about a 35 min drive.

The property was located in a dense residential community track. The proximity to adjoining properties is several feet at the most. If you have a large party, street parking may be required as the driveway will only fit two vehicles comfortably due to its incline. The house was clean and well kept. We had 9 people and there was a comfortable rotation for bathroom usage and enough space from one another that we did not feel claustrophobic. There were some cosmetic issues with the house upon arrival, the sliding blinds off the living room had a missing slat and the blinds were not fully operable. There was some prior left over food in the refrigerator that would go bad during our stay. The boat (which) seemed to be portrayed to be available for our use was not there and required additional payment to utilize. Not a big drawback but it was not conveyed in the description that way. Make sure to take a video or images of your stay because you may be accused of damage that you never produced. That was our experience and at least we had video evidence to dissuade that. Overall it was a 4/5, we were very pleased but we have had more enjoyable experiences as a team. I would have provided 5 stars had we not had the strange experience or accusations of damage we never produced.

N’awlins New Year Celebratory Getaway

Good central point to visit New Orleans and even Mobile, Alabama and Biloxi, Mississippi. Nice to wake up every day to the view of the water. Enjoyed the open space that allowed the family to spread out and relax. Great experiencing New Years in New Orleans with the additional perk of being there during the Sugar Bowl.

Great stay.

We had a little stumble getting into the house, but Lisa was very pro-active in responding and resolving the issue. The house is great, but the online pictures are a bit outdated. For instance: 1) There is actually only one table as the the dining room was made into another bedroom, and 2) the outside of the house is now white. All in all we had a great time.

Extended Family NOLA stay!

Our extended family (ages 4-75) stayed here this past week! The location was perfect -- 30 minutes east there was a nearly empty, gorgeous, gulf beach to swim at and 30 minutes south and we were in the heart of New Orleans! It was an extremely safe neighborhood and street. The property manager was an amazing communicator and went out of her way to provide us with anything we asked for. We used all of the amenities on the property - kayak, fishing poles, porch swing, outdoor seating, etc. The town of Slidell is cute and quaint. Just the perfect getaway for a family that wants to visit New Orleans without being in the hustle and bustle of things.

Weekend Girls Getaway

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious, the rooms were large and the bathrooms were nice. The back porch was great to enjoy the Lake. There was a swing that EVERYONE was able to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!
