New Orleans Area (CC) Beautiful Waterfront Home - Cypress Cove

Cypress Cove ligger i Slidell, en förort till New Orleans. Det ligger 25 minuter från franska kvarteret och är en lätt bilresa på I-10. Hemmet är en fyra sovrum hem med två stora sovrum och två mindre sovrum för barn. Hemmet har totalrenoverats år 2018 och allt i det är nytt. Det finns en enorm 72-kaj med djupt vattenåtkomst via båt. Ta med din båt och barn och simma, åka skidor, fiskar och båtar i Pontchartrain-sjön. Sjön är en 3 minuters båttur från kajen. Det finns ett stort däck som har plats för åtta och extra stolar för överflöde. Hemmet ligger 5 minuter från några av de bästa fiskarna i landet. Du kan även fiska precis utanför bryggan i yttergården. Det finns fenomenalt fiske i Rigolets i närheten med otroligt saltvattenfiske och tillgång till färskvattenfiske inom 20 minuter med båt.

Du kan leka i vattnet eller på båten hela dagen och träffa franska kvarteret på natten för jättekul och festa som ingen annan plats. Du kan fånga en uber, taxi eller enhet. Bra från två par eller en familj. Det finns en bäddsoffa för överflöde som sover i vardagsrummet. Hemmet har ett fint lager kök med alla nya apparater. Det finns en dubbel ugn och stor spis. Hemmet har en stor fungerande eldstad och trevligt matsal mot vattnet. Perfekt för familjen tillsammans och stora måltider.

Hemmet har 2 king size-sängar, 1 queen size-säng, 2 uppsättningar våningssängar och en drottning bäddsoffa. Det rymmer 8 vuxna och 4 barn i sängar.

Beautiful Home

My three siblings and their spouses had a family reunion at this home. We had a wonderful time. The men fished on the canal. We visited New Orleans, which was very close. The patio was very comfortable. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. There are 2.5 bathrooms instead of the 3 listed. But we were fine with sharing. We will definitely use this home again.

Amazing

House is amazing.. checkin was easy. House is already equipped with enough detergent to do the entire family’s laundry. Kitchen is wonderful and has everything we needed and more Loves the lake. We spent tons of time jumping off the dock. And no sign of alligators ( my teen was worried at first, then we couldn’t get her out of it) WiFi code hadn’t been updated, but agent contacted us immediately with the new code. We brought our own rafts to float the lake and that was an excellent idea. Drive to NO was easy and enjoyable We had a horrible experience with Boatsetters. We texted and went through the number suggested and it took over 4 days to get a response.. they took out $500 and $500 deposit and never confirmed the boat availability. So we made plans for swamp tour that day… Then at midnight was told by text that the boat was available the following day, We advised him that he took too long to respond and that we had set up so other tour, bc we didn’t want to waste the day waiting on his response. He asked if we could reschedule the tour… We did them for a confirmation saying when and where to be (a few houses away) to pick up the boat…. Sure enough the boat and the owner were not home… got a text back hours later and said … sorry the boat is not available right now… any other day in July will work I couldn’t help but think that he just Took the boat out himself After 4 days I was refunded the money Loved the house hated boatsetters. Would not recommend

Short vaca

Beautiful and Relaxing Property

The home was spacious and inviting. The location on the water was perfect for relaxing and the kids loved watching the ducks and fish. The only things that would have been more helpful were TVs and dressers in all the bedrooms and a notice of when the yard guys were coming. We definitely enjoyed our stay, though, and would stay again!

Great getaway!

We had a great time, the property was everything we expected from pictures! We did have a couple of things to quit working for us but the owner was quick to send someone out to fix. Area was nice, kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and swimming, and we all had a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous clean and serene stay

We loved the view of the waterfront and accessibility to the lake and fishing. It was a nice area 30 minutes from the hustle and bustle of New Orleans. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would not hesitate to return again!

Very clean and comfortable.!!!

The house was perfect!! We loved relaxing on the patio furniture while the kids caught fish from the dock. Location was excellent. We were near restaurants and New Orleans was a short trip.

Summer Trip to Slidell

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location of the house was perfect for us to spend time in Slidell while still being able to visit New Orleans. We enjoyed grilling outside and fishing off the deck. Our kids enjoyed swimming and the kayak. The had all the amenities listed. Our only concern was brick steps in the backyard that lead to the deck. Two rows of the brick steps are in need of repairs. I would recommend this house to anyone that is visiting the New Orleans area.

Great weekend get away spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this Eden Isle Property. Check in was smooth and accommodations were the same as advertised. We did have several issues during our stay, like the refrigerator not keeping our food cold enough, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms(where the bunkbeds were) did not work and we had a hard time finding the light switch for the lighting on the deck. But we let the property manager know and she sent someone out and they arrived in a timely manner. Overall, we enjoyed the 4th of July weekend with our kids and grandkids!

Amazing house, clean, good location

Neat, clean, everything updated in the house. Owner very responsive, will text. We loved staying, we were 6 adults and 3 teenagers, enough space, beds. House is 30-minute drive from French Quarters and City Center; easy driving, scenic. Got the feeling of relaxed suburban house, outside city.

Lake house stay

Beautiful property, in great neighborhood right on the lake! House was exactly as advertised, and it truly made for a great weekend in and around Slidell and New Orleans! Would recommend to anyone looking to get out of the hectic of New Orleans but close enough to experience it as well.

TV’s

Upstairs bedroom with King,,, No TV. Queen bedroom downstairs,,,No TV I understand the bunk room, not having a TV, but not the others. Neighborhood... could have been better. House is very compact, so with a big family, you will hear everything! Patio is beautiful, but would not stay here again.
