Two fabulous apartments that open up to one spacious house, to give families and friends the unique ability to spread out and have their own amenities, while still being able to come together. Upstairs is a studio apartment the perfect place for a couple or single, equipped with a kitchenette with a convention/microwave oven and modern bathroom. The downstairs space boosts a master bedroom with a queen bed and a single, another ensuite bathroom and an additonal seperate toilet. The lounge has a double sofa bed. The kitchen has another convention/microwave oven including a cook top. There is also a laundry with washing machine.

Additional features include, heatpump, unlimited wifi, smart tv, off street car parking and much more.

In the morning take a stroll along the scenic coastal walkway to the port to enjoy brunch over looking the water at the bach cafe. In the evening, there is plenty of takeaway options to choose from a short walk away. The children will enjoy the wave machine at the New Plymouth aquatic centre and exploring the rock pools.

Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All bach break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
