“Barbara greeted us with two friendly dogs. Cabin stocked with milk, juice, butter, farm fresh eggs and bread. It was a clean, efficient base to explore Waterford. We enjoyed our peaceful evenings on the porch.”

Not many facilities around more than a covered BBQ area. You get cabin fever quickly and need to leave the place. Its literally a field, 8 pods, car parking and BBQ area. Nothing more. Very basic. The host, Daniel, was simply a delight to meet and chat with, and gave us some really good recommendations for site-seeing which we were able to use further into our trip. “Clean, comfortable and relaxing. We came down from Dublin and spent two very relaxing nights here. We swam in the Celtic Sea, and spent time in the pubs with the locals. “This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish.
