This home is EXTREMELY bright with 12 windows!!!! All rooms include bottom up/top down window blinds and black out roller blinds for your comfort and privacy.

Each room also includes Alexa speakers to play your favorite tunes and colored hue lights that can be adjusted to your mood and needs. Alexa and Hue lights can also be disabled.

Traveling with a baby or toddlers? Isn’t it just wonderful? No problem! Upon request (and at NO additional charge), we provide two BabyBjorn playpens/travel cribs, booster seats/high chairs, and two baskets full of toys and books.

KITCHEN: Enjoy a marvelous eat-in kitchen that has everything you desire to cook a meal, and a cozy corner to stream your favorite shows on the flat screen SMART TV in the kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer tucked away in a cabinet in the kitchen. The microwave is also tucked away in a cabinet. Blender, toaster, waffle maker, gas stove, dishwasher, pots, dishes, glasses, etc. are all ready for your use.

There are 2 large supermarkets on Broadway. If you need your Trader Joes or Whole Foods fix, take the train (just a few stops) or an Uber to 96th street. You might also opt to have groceries delivered from FreshDirect or Amazon Whole Foods. All food deliveries must be scheduled AFTER check-in time.

LIVING ROOM (22'X11.5'): Comfortable sofa to relax after a long day. Log in to all of your favorite streaming accounts on the large flat screen SMART TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows. Living room also includes a large dining area that comfortably seats 6-8 people.

BATHROOM: Cozy and spa like! Double head shower, tub, and plenty of fresh towels and linens. The bathroom is small, but it is functional and clean!

1st BR (11'X16'): King size bed, dresser, and loveseat sofa. ***Room is only available as single king bed set up.***

- no pets of ANY size. sorry!

- the cleaning company arrives at 11am sharp!

- there is no luggage storage available at the property to accommodate early or late travel needs. Research alternative options online.

- linens (towels, sheets, etc.) will be prepared to match the guest count at booking.

- there are cameras in the building lobby and on the exterior door of the apt (where you use the key to enter the apartment).

- 8 beds + 2 air mattresses = up to 10 guests
