“The cottage is a full, small house complete with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. It is 1/2 block from the Chehalem Cultural Center and 2 blocks from coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants/bars in a residential area. It is about a 1/2 mile from a grocery store. We did not walk or go to George Fox, but I believe the campus is a short walk from the house. Ours was a mother-daughter weekend with a 3 month old baby. It would be perfect for a couple. ...

“The property was clean and spacious. We appreciated the easy drive to Carlton, McMinnville, and Newberg. The apartment sits above the farm store, but we were never affected by any noise, and the host home sits up the hill. The sunsets on the property were beautiful and peaceful.”

“Everything was top notch. Especially the bucolic setting! The Brick House winery up the road (you can walk to it) is well worth booking a tasting in advance. Also Domaine Divio was a must! Also walkable! If you enjoy the setting (and birds) our Merlin app was great fun. 23 species of birds identified in 45 minutes!!! We’ll definitely be back ”
