“The communication on whatsapp was top notch. But the place look so much bigger on the pictures. The quality of the beds is the bare minimum. At least everyone slept well, but expectations need to be set when booking this property.”

“We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.”

“Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. I had 4 Kids with me and had travelled 2hrs to get there and noone cared.. our weekend was ruined as we had to drive back home.. also tried calling hotels.com and again poor reception and the lady i spoke to did really understand English The...

“Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money.”

“Lovely clean and nicely laid out property, beautifully decorated, very close to the promenade and local amenities. The front was in need of a bit of love to make it in-keeping with the inside of the house, and there was some noise from upstairs neighbours but otherwise a splendid stay.”

“Property manager forgot to send code for key safe. Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. Six windows (2 in living room,2 in each bedroom) screwed shut.Not safe , awaiting replacement. Only window that opened for ventilation in kitchen.If open possible to step directly into...
