The Space:

The apartment offers a perfect blend of relaxation, productivity, and comfort. The spacious living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a television equipped with all major streaming apps for your entertainment. The property includes two private bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, making meal preparation effortless. The bathroom is clean and modern, featuring both a bath and shower combination. This single level home is ideal for families, as it is suitable for children and infants, and includes convenient amenities such as a washer, iron, and dedicated clothing storage.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious living room for relaxation. Please note that check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out is required by 10:00 AM. If you require an early check in or a late check out up to 12:00 PM, these options are available for a fee, subject to availability.

When you are looking for more extensive shopping or entertainment, the renowned Metrocentre is only a short drive away, offering a vast array of high street stores, restaurants, and cinema experiences to suit all interests.



Getting Around:

Whickham is well connected by local bus services, with nearby stops providing regular routes to the Metrocentre, Newcastle city centre, and surrounding areas. Public transport makes it easy to get around without a car. For those arriving by vehicle, our property includes a private garage, providing secure and convenient parking. We are situated with excellent access to main roads, ensuring quick journeys to the Metrocentre and into Newcastle city centre. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also readily available in the area for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 hold fully refundable security deposit placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
