“My Daughter and I visited the area to tour Cornell University, Ithaca College, and to visit the area. We did not utilize the basement space and felt that we were very comfortable. We both have very sensitive allergies and appreciated that the sheets and towels were low scent, the water pressure was great, and it was the perfect weekend stay space for the 1 of us. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. We booked to return in November for a follow up...

“My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there.
