“Trevligt o rent hotell med familjär service men enligt mitt tycke tre stjärnigt på grund av väl gamla handdukar i badrummet. Ingen duch i anslutning till poolen, brödet var slut vid frukosten alla tre dagarna vi bodde där. Helt ok om jag betalt för tre stärnigt men ej för fem som dom har. Då blir man besviken.”

“White Lodge ligger i ett mycket exklusivt bostadsområde strax söder om Kapstaden, och har också en fin trädgård och vackert hus med rymliga rum, och mycket välskött. Värdinnan är mycket mån om sina gäster och kunnig om Sydafrika.”

“This was a great stay! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. The only thing to note, which I also mentioned to the property team, but they may consider adding an instruction list to the welcome packet on how to operate some of the appliances in the unit. I’d like to think I’m pretty tech savvy but I accidentally set off the smoke detector by boiling water - turns out I there was an air vent that I had no idea existed, that should have been turned...

“Both med and my colleague gave our business card and specifically asked to get the company details on the invoice. Next day they had not done so and it was an 20 min wait in order to get it added. Perhaps not the worst thing that could happen but we got the feeling that the check in people didn't want to add it themselves. The rooms we got were facing inwards which was not nice. The toilet seat were worn out and was peeling off. The water in the shower were filling up on the floor. Room 539.”
