“Comfortable cosy old house with a bit of character. Located within walking distance of the town centre. We had a group of six adults and were very comfortable. Property has a lovely sunny back yard. Great for spreading out and drying wet gear or playing games with kids. ”

“PROPERTY: A cute little cottage at the rear of property that is only 5 mins walk from the town centre. We had everything we needed including Netflix and laundry facilities. It was clean, tidy and cosy. LOCATION AND THINGS TO DO: With almost water views we were just a short stroll from cafes, restaurants, shopping and visitor info centre. Restuarants were all great with a special mention for Stoked Public House. The weather wasn’t the best during our stay and we are Aussies so water temp too cold...

“Great property for sharing with two families. Adults upstairs and kids downstairs worked really well for us (also space for a full family to share a room downstairs if needed). Plenty of utensils, the kitchen, for cooking and dining. Lots of space for everyone to relax, and games to play etc were great. “The small apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was beautiful. Overlooking the Firth and in a rural.setting. we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the later afternoon sun. It is about a 10 minute drive from Thames and was for the himes we did on the Coromandel”

“Stunningly decorated, warm, cosy nest in Tairua. The upstairs is gorgeous, with all the amenities you could wish for. I've never seen anything like it in New Zealand, it's very special. The downstairs needs a bit of TLC, it's not at the same level of the upstairs, but Mum was fine there. The stairs to get up to the house are quite tricky. The accuracy of the listing was shown as a low rating because the photos came through incorrectly on vrbo vs bookabach which caused some confusion. We were...

“We loved the place and the location. The house was well presented and comfortsble. We loved being able to open the gate and step out onto the reserve alongside the estuary. We took the dogs for a walk did our daily jog had dinner outside as the sun set. ”

The fire place is such a bonus and though the house was warm and cosy with out it.The drive way is a little scary but with confidence and caution can be managed.
