"Splendid Premium Hotel Hanoi has been our favorite stay in Vietnam. Choose this hotel, if you want a very central location, sweet staff and great breakfast! The hotel has a great location. It is located very central and yet it is still very quiet in the rooms. The hotel is clean and tidy. Also, the breakfast is very great and has a variety of options and great coffee to start the morning with. We stayed at the hotel twice during our 2 week stay in Vietnam. In the beginning of our stay and at the end. We were extremely happy about our stays, which is not only due to the great location and accomodations, but because of the team (hotel family). We were greeted with a smile all the time, and the staff was very caring, sweet and helpful with all the questions we had in terms of the rooms or general travel planning questions. "Smooth AirPort pickup. Quick checkin. Very friendly staff and fantastic service. Changed money at the reception at good rate, better rates than at the ATM and my Swedish bank. Very varied breakfast with big selection of cuisines. Pool area clean with big and nice towels provided. Nothing to complain about - would stay there again - with family or for business. "
