“My husband and I enjoyed our first trip to Niagara Falls. This property is beautifully decorated, was very clean and conveniently located! The hosts were easily accessible by phone. They also provided a welcome book containing important local phone numbers and great suggestions for local restaurants and activities! We would 1000% stay here again and recommend to anyone planning a visit.”

“Great place to stay. Close to the Falls, close to Clifton Hills, in a quiet neighborhood. Fully functional kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes and silverware to use. Comfy king bed, nice bathroom with clean bedding and towels. Living room is adorable. Our 2 recommendations are: 1) having a bath mat or adhesive on tub floor. The tub is very slippery. 2) maybe having some USB ports would be awesome for charging phones, banks, iPods, computers, etc… We HIGHLY recommend this property! ”

“This property is conveniently located near the Falls, if you don't mind a short walk. My wife and I leisurely walked to the downtown area in less than 10 minutes. “The host, Neil, seemed very nice but the apt. was bot very clean. The place smelled of cat urine, there was cat hair on the table, hand prints on the walls, mirrors dirty, when we pulled blanket back there were stains on sheets. Recliner was dirty spots. The pool had a hose in it...hot tub had so much chlorine you could barely breathe. I was VERY dissatisfied, I could have brought my camper but was excited for the hot tub and couldn't even use it.
