“A nôtre arrivée la chambre semblait propre mais avec une forte odeur à désinfectant, il a fallu que j'ouvre les portes et la fenêtre de la toilette pendant quelques heures pour que l'odeur se dissipe un peu, cependant le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant nôtre séjour de 3 nuits! Mêmes servillettes et mêmes draps les 3 jours et la corbeille à papiers dans la toilette était pleine à craquer car personne venait pour nettoyer la.chambre. “Loved the pool area, did not realize all rooms did not have AC but we got to switch rooms to much nicer one with AC. The towels were washed but stained dirty, the sink drain leaked all over the floor and the bathroom doorknob came off when trying to leave the bathroom. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor.
