“Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the place wasn't quite what we had expected. It was advertised as having lake access and being a great place to swim from the private dock. However, even when we booked, the lake would not have been swimmable due to toxic algae blooms. Before we checked out, we found out from the hotel next door that there is another lake nearby (Blue Lakes) where all the locals go to swm. Wish we would have known about that earlier. Would recommend staying here but then going to...

“We planned to stay 10 days, there wasn’t a table to sit at or chairs if you wanted to eat meals. We appreciate some kind of household instruction for watching t.v., using the air conditioning unit or operating the locks when exiting. This would be a good place to stay if you didn’t plan on any time in the unit. Also a good wind came up and the shredded patio umbrella collapsed. We left early.”
