“Logo’s place is small but just what I needed for myself. The driveway is hard to climb, as he mentions. Zibo’s communication is top shelf! Very responsive and always available to answer questions. The place was very clean and well organized.There was missing a functional outdoor space, which was a bit disappointing. Something that should be considered for a future upgrade.Great value for the money!Laurent”

“When you can have a house with 180 degree views from the ocean to the mountains, it’s amazing. Casita Cole was the perfect house to bring my wife, my oldest son and his future wife. Edgar was the perfect manager showing us everything about the house, getting us beach chairs and yoga mats. Having a small pool was really refreshing in the morning and when you come back from a long day of excursions and at the beach. The house is roomy, kitchen is well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable....

“Watching the sunrise each morning from the covered patio was wonderful. It was nice to have the ocean breeze keep you cool in “the Heights”. The pool is a real plus! We enjoyed visiting with and meeting others from the New England area of the US as well as Montreal and Toronto Canada. Santiago, the caretaker, is very nice. We appreciated his emptying the trash and providing fresh linens and towels mid week,”

“Stunning location on clifftop with 120 ocean view, 24/7 surf sounds. Quiet, full morning birdsong; helpful caretaker. Difficult to access; beautiful, rustic, one-of-a-kind cabin has small kitchen and detached, hot-water shower. A relic of Montezuma's early years, without the recent, "international style."”
