“The property is beautiful! Our stay was perfect! We heard howler monkeys and saw macaw flying overhead. The beach that's a short walk away is breathtaking and pretty private. The town has a ton of little shops and cafés and restaurants to explore. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's a little slice of paradise.”

It took some doing to finally secure the reservation because my situation kept changing as to the exact dates we could fly out. “When you can have a house with 180 degree views from the ocean to the mountains, it’s amazing. Casita Cole was the perfect house to bring my wife, my oldest son and his future wife. Edgar was the perfect manager showing us everything about the house, getting us beach chairs and yoga mats. Having a small pool was really refreshing in the morning and when you come back from a long day of excursions and at the beach. The house is roomy, kitchen is well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable....

“Everything is good and the view is truly spectacular but my main complaint is no AC on the first floor when it was 30c/86f. How can you sleep comfortably at that temperature? If it was a couple then it would be fine because upstairs sleep for 2 has AC. Put an AC downstairs then it would be great. I would not recommend it if it was more than 2 people.”

“The location is amazing and we like the quiet comfort of the lazy beach. The coffee provided was great and the host provides great tips both via message and also the check in/out book provided. The restaurants up and down the beach are great and the nearby mini supermarkets have things to make the stay pleasant. We would definitely stay again (this is our second stay here). Less than 30 seconds down the path to the beach. Car or scooter rental recommended.”

“This was our second stay so we got to know the area quite well as we were there for two weeks. We found several great walking/hiking routes and great restaurants nearby to drive or walk to. This trip we went on a private fishing trip with spicy tuna, the zip line and golf so there is a lot to keep you busy. We love the property and the staff. The gardens are amazing and the casita met all our needs. We plan on returning in a couple of months for our third visit. ”
