First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had during your stay with us.We take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve our services, so we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. It is very disappointing to hear that your stay was marred by a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and a poor reception appearance. We will be looking into this matter immediately and will take necessary steps to ensure that our staff are properly trained to provide a high standard of service to all guests.Regarding your room, I am sorry to hear that the furniture was not to your liking, and that there were only 2 pillows provided. Please keep that in mind we offer a shampoo, hair dryer, body shampoo when customer ask at the office. The sign is posted in the office as well. We will take your feedback into consideration as we plan for any future renovations or improvements to our rooms. I have also spoken to our housekeeping team to ensure that we provide all necessary amenities including shampoo, for our guests.On a positive note, we are glad that you appreciated the large smart TV, newer shower/tub, and decent sized fridge provided in your room. However, we understand that these amenities alone cannot make up for the other shortcomings you experienced during your stay.Once again, we apologize for the negative experience and would like to extend an invitation to come back and give us another chance to show you our true level of hospitality.
