“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Apache Point ranch house. While drinking my coffee in the morning, I sat in the garden and watched the birds eat the oranges and seeds at their feeders and the hummingbirds too. I saw a blue grosbeak, and a blue hummingbird, red cardinals, summer tanager, male and female and many other colorful birds. That was a magnificent experience worth the trip!”

“We were comfortable here. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt safe. The thermostat is quirky but the AC works great if you stay on top of the thermostat. The pool was too cold to swim. The TV/Remote had no instructions or service or antenna. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch TV. We did miss having access to news and local channels. “We had a great time. The house was very comfortable and really clean. Check in process was simple, door code provided to us by the host and we had no issues at all. The host reached out to us a few times to make sure all our needs and expectations were met. Really enjoyed the welcome gift basket of goodies provided by the host, nice touch.
