âWe stayed two nights and had a really good time. Nice and service minded staff, always willing to help out. The room was clean and fresh. Great breakfast. The pool and smoking area need some love. Would recommend a stay!â
âThe hotel is lovely but you can not be disabled or over sized it has a nice atmosphere but we could have got more information from the reception about the restaurant and the surroundings. The breakfast could have some improvements but the staff was interested and fixed what ever problem you could have. The reception could have also informed that there are pool towels to borrow. Will definitely stay here again if Iâm fortunate enough to come back to Cape Town. I absolutely loved it. The only little minus was the large shower head. I think that with the water pressure, a handheld shower head would be better. â
âSmall service deficencies were immediately taken care off and things worked perfectly during the rest of our stay. Great garage deal aswell as free shuttle service to the waterkant.
Great breakfast and very good dinner at restaurant The Vue on top floor number 15. Great views from there. Were upgraded on 2 of our 3 rooms and the large balcony in room 111was great.

"I had an unfortunate experience during my stay when I injured my foot on a small sharp object that was sticking up from the floor just outside the bathroom.
While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter. "
