“We drove up from Maryland to view the eclipse. Drove from the property up to Houlton on Tuesday morning for that purpose. Didn't get to hang around the property much because we were on the go constantly, but it was as advertised, comfortable, clean and easy access. The only real negative in my view is the close proximity to the main road.”

It is a pet peeve of mine that when I use a common use towel I want them to be white so that they can have the ever-living daylights bleached out of them between guests. “Very quiet cabin, perfect for 5-6 people to spend a long weekend or even a week. Although Acadia is a good 50 minute away, I would not hesitate to stay here if visiting Bar Harbor region again. ”

“So lucky to get a chance to stay here. The booking and all communication was great. We live in the city, so there is a lot of artificial light that you just can not escape. We were able to go out at night and see every star in the sky, and it was absolutely amazing. Very quiet place in November. We would love to experience the summer now.”
