“We were quite pleased with the accommodations, the welcoming hosts, responsiveness, the great access to the ocean, nice clean pool,etc. There was plenty of space and comfortable chairs to chill-out and the children loved the pool. The rooms were also very comforable and well equipped. The location is quite good in being near restaurants and grocery shops. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the house to others and might come back too!”

“We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. The staff was attentive &the food was delicious. We loved the pool.& the floating breakfast. The only downside was we weren't able to wash our own clothes although the staff did take care of it for us. Would definitely stay again when visiting Jamaica ”

“Lovely villa! Perfect place to stay and have a real Jamaican experience and Our honey moon. Our beach was the best one… beautiful clear blue waters… got to see 3 stingrays while swimming! no crowds, no restaurant! No noise! Just us (and a few other people) and paradise… it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Ms Annette was a wonderful part of our trip! Made us feel welcome, her cooking was great! I Would highly recommend this place and Ms annette… we’re sure coming back! ”

“Wanted to give an excellent review for the portside Villa … the staff there was amazing. They assisted us with everything that we needed. The chef was amazing. They even assisted with decorating for my husband birthday and the cleaning Had fresh towels every day made our bed every day. “Tripletts on the Bay is one of the best places to stay at. The house is well equipped with all you need. Big kitchen with appliances of high quality. The view of the ocean is unbelievable from the house. Having the private beach was perfect - it was clean and easily assessed. What makes this place so special is PapaD and his family taking well care of you. They are so kind and helped us with with all we needed - picking up/dropping off at the airport - driving us to wherever we needed...

“We had a great stay at the property! It was clean, comfortable, and overall a pleasant place for me and my family. The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. The only minor issue we had was that a few of the appliances didn’t seem to be working properly or perhaps we just didn’t know how to operate them. “This property is amazing. Was a little skeptical when the driver turned in on a dirt road but as soon as we pass the front gate, it was as if we were transported to a tropical paradise. The views in the backyard are incredible. The house is always clean. Rose the housekeeper and Ricky the groundsman, were amazing. Felt safe knowing that they were there. “I really enjoyed my stay at this property. First thing was the fact the housekeeper was waiting for us when we arrived even though we were about 2 hours late on our checking (shout out to Ms. Lee). Then upon entering the property it was decorated for my Daughter’s 25th Birthday as I had requested, my daughter was so surprised and the look on her face was priceless. “The house is well put together. Love the decor. Was a bit difficult to find due to the number of the property is on the house and the gate/ fence is blocking it from street view. I would recommends putting the number outside the gate. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Toiletries or trash bags wasnt available but besides that I would definitely stay again. ”

Good and bad help by the front desk.

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."

Problem with transfer

"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
