Not only did she prepare us scrumptious meals, but she provided everything we needed and asked for during our stay. From arranging a cave tour to borrowing a fishing pole. “We had an absolutely relaxing and pampered weekend at Brown Shuggah. The team was amazing. Chef Wong was incredible. His food was so tasty , we think we gained 10 pounds in a 4 day 3 night weekend. Praise to Sophie and Pepe who took tremendous care of us, with cleanliness of the rooms and organization of the days. Sophie made our room special for my husband’s birthday, and Pepe made sure decorations etc were up. Thanks to Dwayne and Brian also for keeping the property looking beautiful outside....

“Tripletts on the Bay is one of the best places to stay at. The house is well equipped with all you need. Big kitchen with appliances of high quality. The view of the ocean is unbelievable from the house. Having the private beach was perfect - it was clean and easily assessed. What makes this place so special is PapaD and his family taking well care of you. They are so kind and helped us with with all we needed - picking up/dropping off at the airport - driving us to wherever we needed...

“If your looking for a cozy low key vibe … this is your villa . Security was friendly , neighbors, and the host made the stat complete . We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. Highly recommend thia villa .”

“Mr Ralph was an amazing host! Our flight got canceled due to the Heathrow chaos and he was so patient and kind, making sure we could reschedule. The villa is absolutely stunning and the staff made our trip unforgettable.The chefs spoiled us with incredible Jamaican food, and they went all out for my mum’s birthday….decorations, a floating breakfast, the works! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!”

“The host was very professional and accommodating. A big bowl of local fruits was a pleasant and welcome surprise. The area is quiet and the property is well kept. If you’re staying on a Sunday be aware that most restaurants are closed. I would definitely stay here again.”

Good and bad help by the front desk.

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."

Problem with transfer

"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
