“Lovely villa! Perfect place to stay and have a real Jamaican experience and Our honey moon. Our beach was the best one… beautiful clear blue waters… got to see 3 stingrays while swimming! no crowds, no restaurant! No noise! Just us (and a few other people) and paradise… it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Ms Annette was a wonderful part of our trip! Made us feel welcome, her cooking was great! I Would highly recommend this place and Ms annette… we’re sure coming back! ”

“We had an absolutely relaxing and pampered weekend at Brown Shuggah. The team was amazing. Chef Wong was incredible. His food was so tasty , we think we gained 10 pounds in a 4 day 3 night weekend. Praise to Sophie and Pepe who took tremendous care of us, with cleanliness of the rooms and organization of the days. Sophie made our room special for my husband’s birthday, and Pepe made sure decorations etc were up. Thanks to Dwayne and Brian also for keeping the property looking beautiful outside....

“Me and my family had a wonderful stay here in this home from Dec 23- Jan 7th. Let’s start off by saying the owner Natalie is so sweet and respectful. Inside was so nice and clean, it was very spacious and felt like home. Natalie and her family treated us as if we were her family they were all very welcoming, and if I had any questions or concerns she always was a phone call away. In the area there is a mall and other activities to do things. When we come back for vacation we will definitely book...

“This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers.”

“Tripletts on the Bay is one of the best places to stay at. The house is well equipped with all you need. Big kitchen with appliances of high quality. The view of the ocean is unbelievable from the house. Having the private beach was perfect - it was clean and easily assessed. What makes this place so special is PapaD and his family taking well care of you. They are so kind and helped us with with all we needed - picking up/dropping off at the airport - driving us to wherever we needed...

“Beautiful sunsets, very secure setting, gated community, country club well maintained, nice pool and adjacent beach area, villa met all requirements except washing machine inoperable.”

“Overall, a good value compared to a hotel, given that there is a full kitchen included in this property. My stay would have been better if there were clearer instructions that the hot water heater needed to be manually turned on to heat the water (as is also true for the range). The sofa on the porch needs minor repair. 24-hour security is great, and parking is assured. The area is not very walking friendly because of absence of sidewalks in the immediate vicinity, and local culture is that cars...

“If your looking for a cozy low key vibe … this is your villa . Security was friendly , neighbors, and the host made the stat complete . We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. Highly recommend thia villa .”

“It was a comfortable house minus no air conditioning in common areas but nice ocean breeze on the ocean but most of all the gentleman Mr.Tman whom takes care of the property was awesome outstanding and felt very secure comfortable and welcome with him he was very accommodating as well attentive! Tman also takes great care in keeping the property clean and consistently cleaning pool etc thank you very much Mr TMan for all you have done and keeping us safe and happy! Good and bad help by the front desk.

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."

Problem with transfer

"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
