“Very pleasantly surprised”

“The hotel is located just in front of the beach, with public outdoor shower next to it. Super convenient. We payed for an ocean view room which was totally worth it. We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed the sunrise every morning, from the balcony or at the beach. The room was fresh and clean. Service was offered every day. Every front desk staff we met was friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was included in the price. Walking distance to several good seafood restaurants in the area....

“I loved everything about this property including the staff and location to the beautiful view, the pool, the gorgeous rooms and nice furniture, easy parking, and walkability to so many adorable places. And the price was amazing. I really, really hope to visit St. Augustine again, and when I do, I will make a point of reserving a room here. ”

“Room looks ok and beds were comfortable, but walls are paper thin, you could hear everything your neighbour's did and said. Found one alive small cockroach in bathroom and one lizard (lizard didn't bother me and I know they run into rooms really fast) but cockroach isn't ok. Refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was good and typical for what you get if breakfast is included.”
