“Property is as listed. It is a fully operational farm so keep that in mind. We went up for a race weekend @ Deer creek speedway. Does offer amenities including washer, dryer, toaster, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Pull out sofa along with some cots. Shower and toilet, it is also equipped with ac/heat. Does have a barn available ( more or less camping ). Would visit again. ”

“Looking for a large property in the Central City area, we were delighted with The Guest House - beautiful, quiet and serene. Rosemary is a wonderful host and provided everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Even my 3 young-adult grandsons thought the property was "way cool"! We had traveled there for my mother's funeral; and afterwards it was such a relief to kick back "at home". Thank you, Rosemary. You'll definitely hear from me the next time we're traveling to my old home...

“Dan was super nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere. It you want a large, clean farmhouse, this place is for you. Being a working family farm, expect to see a tractor or two going in and out. We really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch with a book watching the cows. Lilly, the family's dog, was super friendly and may come to visit you. We will definitely go back! Thanks again Dan!”
