“My stay at Palace Inn 290 & Jones Rd was a great experience. Victor at the front desk was very helpful and made the stay very nice. The only things that I might suggest for improvement would be, check the weather stripping on the door. I could see light around the door. Also, hand towels would have been nice. Also, the vending machine next to the ice machine wasn't working. But I consider these minor compared to the excellent service by Victor and the staff.”

“We arrived at 20.00 to check in but were not allowed in to the reception area. Even though we were guests..It was freezingly cold. We were not greeted, just told to show ID. The reception staff did not provide any info at all. We had to ask everything to find out about wifi, breakfast time etc. We did not feel welcomed at all. We can not recommend this hotel at all.”

“I saw the reviews and believed them, and I’m so glad. My room was pristine, it had all new furniture, and was upgraded to be very modern and sleek. On the outside, it looks like just a well-maintained motel, but the rooms are better than any motel. I had a peaceful night’s sleep, the temperature was perfect, the refrigerator worked, the shower was clean and worked well, and we loved having an ironing board and a blow dryer.”

“Booking platforms promised a standard stay; the reality was completely substandard. The property grounds are highly unkept. Outside, overflowing bins of exposed waste sit directly under the lights, creating a massive breeding ground for pests. Inside the room, flies buzz constantly behind the thin curtains, while the common hallways are cluttered with massive piles of dirty, unwashed laundry and stray office chairs. Essential hardware is completely broken. The in-room AC unit console is entirely...
