“We had a great stay! The neighborhood is very quiet. Just a few blocks from the beach, making it an easy walk. The house is cozy and charming. It had everything we needed & more. (beach chairs, umbrella, paddle board, marshmallow roasting forks, games, plenty of towels, a crockpot, etc) Checking in was a breeze and Robin was easy to contact with any questions. ”

“This is a really nice clean and beauitfully decorated home. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Boys experienced good fishing on the lake and owner provided tubes to float in the water.Definitely recommend.L”

“We LOVED the cozy cottage. We were a family of 5 who lived and stayed comfortably here. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was clean and well taken care of. We were a 10 minute walk to the beach and had plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the evening. We will absolutely be returning! ”

“The house is very comfortable, well appointed and well situated to Bass Lake. The property is just off the lake perimeter road and is very peaceful and quiet. The home is new and in wonderful condition. Furniture is comfortable and bright in a relaxed setting”

“Was a comfy cozy spot to sit, relax, and just talk. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The most comfortable i have ever slept on. The fireplace was beautiful and functional. It gave off heat or just soft light. We drove to the outlet mall and 2 farmers markets. We had an amazing mother daughters weekend and will definitely come back again.”

“Such a cute cottage and close to everything we wanted to get to. We left our vehicle parked and walked everywhere. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend this cottage. Host very responsive. ”

“The cleanliness of the home was definitely lacking. We travel a great deal all over the US and always opt for home/flat rentals. Typically they are spotless and comfortable. This one was far from clean. The stove was dirty, rbe floors looked like they hadn't been swept, the window panes had debris/dirt. The coffee pot looked like it was dirty, but perhaps it was just stained. The ice/water feature of the refrigerator wasn't operational which was very annoying. We also check that ice and water...

“Our second stay at the cottage and we loved it again. Location is amazing. Short walk to the beach (I'd recommend the more public path a block down, as it is an easier walk.) We had 3 cars and no parking issues at all. House was great! 4 bedrooms so everyone had their space. Good-sized kitchen for preparing meals and it has all the pans you'd need. Dining room table easily seats six or you can sit out on the patio. Washington Park is also a short walk and you are close to the outlets and...

The neighborhood was questionable. Neighbor to the right was cooking in his front yard in a barrell. Did not stay and left shortly after arriving.”
