“Great place”

“Our party of two adults and two young children thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The main living area is on the second floor, and includes a deck with a view of a shady lawn area. The large master bedroom and bath is on the third floor. The pool was clean, with plenty of lounging area. The condo is conveniently located between Highways 35 and 69, making it quick and easy to get around the city.”

“The condo was spectacular. As soon as we arrived, we thought we just wanted to stay there and not go anyplace else. It was so warm and cozy. Every detail is done with finesse including artificial arrangements place perfectly around the apartment. Plenty of towels nice hot water for showers and even a washer and dryer if you choose to wash your clothes, I would say this condo is just perfect. Easy access to the plaza and all the wondrous decorations. ”

“Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. ”

“My mom, sister and I met in St. Jo for a girls getaway! The property is perfectly located! Fully stocked, super comfortable and safe! Parking was easy! Great location for history, shopping and quilting! Hit Betty’s for some pie if you have time!! Gore psychiatry museum was fascinating! ”

“The condo is spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the kitchen which looked to be well equipped.We selected it because we thought is was truly a first floor unit with an at-grade entrance. What they don't tell you is that it is the lowest unit, but it requires you to carry your belongings up and down seven steps. ”

“Great central KCMO location that is a walkable distance to several breweries. From the very cool rooftop terrace you can see much of midtown from the Western Auto sign to the T-Mobile Center. Modern furnishing, kitchen and baths. Easy, free street parking just around the corner (Warning - No Parking zone directly in front of the building. You will be towed if you stay too long.)”

“Family weekend to visit relatives”

“This loft was everything!!!!! So fun, so roomy and so comfortable! The location is perfect for out of towners to experience KC, but a great staycation for locals as well. Highly recommend!”

“I stayed in the upstairs unit. it was clean and comfortable. i loved having the washer and dryer available in the unit. the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, etc. it was nice to be able to park right in the drive way. the staircase going to the second level unit was a bit narrow.”

“We spent 2 nights to catch a Chiefs game and enjoy a night in KC.The space is the perfect size and perfectly priced.We were able to schedule a late checkout which was much needed!We’ll definitely be back for another weekend away!”
