“Upon walking in the lobby the property smelled like stale cigarettes. There was no one behind the counter when I first walked in. After a moment or two a younger gentleman came out of a back office who looked as if he just left a dispensary and sample every joint in the house. Having said that, he was nothing but courteous, polite and gave wonder suggestions for meal options in the area. Then we walked into our room. It was not welcoming whatsoever. All the fixtures were tattered and...

“Overall, we would stay here again, but for the price we expected a better experience. • The hot tub pump was so loud that it made it difficult to relax. The hot water also ran out. • The TV system was confusing to operate with two separate remotes. • The room felt pretty small for two adults. That said, the golf course and scenery are absolutely beautiful, which is why we still gave it 4 stars.”

“The hot tub was broken, the toilet seat was brokenand the faucet was broken. The TV streaming was not working. So none of this was told to me when booking hotel. The cost of the room was so high even though these things were broken. I had to buy a streaming devise and request maintenance twice. I will not be returning to this hotel.”

“Didn't clean room for 3 days. We had to get our own towels and empty our own trash. Only one staff member showed any caring. Brandon the maintenance man was very kind, even lent me his bear spray. Food ran out most mornings. Asks to have room charge reduced but already paid through Expedia so have to fight with them? Avoid using this place!!!!! The next door Casino grill was good but doesn't make up for all the issues here...”

“Ashley at the front desk was amazing… Super helpful and friendly and gave us a nice tour of the facility… We enjoyed our stay it was a very basic room and had everything we needed. It’s an older hotel that could use some TLC The Hot Springs pools looked enticing… We didn’t have time to use them but that would have been cool.”
