“I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. “We had a late check in and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The two queen room was much more spacious than expected. Clean and quiet with a great air conditioning unit! We needed a last minute late checkout and the daytime staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy. Would stay again!”
