“Unit needs general maintenance. Neither bedroom table lamp work, baseboard heater paneling unattached, bedroom blinds don’t retract up, toilet seat loose/not attached correctly. Also, my car was broken into to during my one night stay while parked in front of the unit.”

“First off, Tracy is awesome. She is very communicative and accommodating. Secondly, the space was so clean and neat. It’s, in my opinion, better than the listing described. We had our toddler with us so we had to move a few items to where she couldn’t reach to ensure she wouldn’t break them. So overall, a very kid-friendly space but it’s also perfect for couples. “I'd give this place a 9/10, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Seattle again. The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV.
