Breakfast was not included but on the day we tried it we were satisfied, especially since it was free for children. The location is very convenient"

With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets. Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. "

"I cannot believe how this hotel have this guest rating. The room is small but that is not the problem. It is run down and need to be refurbished. It is extremely noisy between rooms and from the outside. Even though I requested a quiet room I got placed in one with a huge fan outside the window that wooshed all through the night. The shower is so small you barely fit in it. The elevator is so slow you can wait minutes before it arrives. But the worst is probably the area around this hotel. A lot of homeless and drug using individuals who live outside the entrance. "
