"Mycket fint mottagande vid incheckningen och vi fick det rum vi önskade. Vi va mycket nöjda med det. Adelphi har genomgått stora förbättringar, genom uppfräschning och ombyggnad av rummen, de senaste åren. Ändå är en del av det amatörmässigt utfört. Se fotot från badrumstaket. Men sängarna är underbara. Vi varken åt eller drack på hotellet, så det vet vi inget om. För det mesta kö vid receptionen, vilket är tråkigt. "

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing – despite being directly at the airport, I couldn’t hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing. However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard. In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials – great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing – but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."

"It’a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the service was not quite up to snuff; we paid for late checkout yet come 11 o’clock, the key cars stopped working"

"Det var en väldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nära allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det är också nära till tågstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var fräsch, stor och var perfekt storlek för två personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde på bottenvåning vilket innebär att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instängd efter att man hade lämnat rummet i några timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma. "
