Gårdshotell i Norra Albuquerque

“The location is just off of I-25 so on a weekend night it gets loud because of the cars revving their engines also maybe because its directly across the street from a strip joint. The room didnt have curtains just a sunshade so im thinking thats why the noise was very audible. The waffle machine was not working but the other breakfast options were still good. I probably wouldnt stay again on a weekend.”

“Rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Also breakfast was pretty good.”

“Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”

“Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too.”

“The staff are not completely informed of whether or not they have cribs for families needing them. I called to check a month in advance and a staff member checked, and confirmed they had one. The information was noted in my reservation record. When I contacted them to reconfirm the crib’s availability before my arrival, the Front Desk staff members said they didn’t have cribs. ??! I said that a staff member checked weeks ago with housekeeping and they told me otherwise. I mentioned the request...

“Great staff, although very busy times they did their best to help out every time we had a request. Room was simple but good. Had fridge and microwave.”

“Nice place to stay. Very clean”

“The property was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The fitness center was small. But also there were some aesthetic / cleaning issues. We did not get a cleaning over our 3 night stay, there was some cracking in the drywall, the furniture / layout of the room made it feel really cramped. Good for the price though.”

“Friendly staff, especially front desk. Housekeeping person not good with English. Breakfast was okay, adequate for the basics. Check the room’s plumbing before unpacking, our bathtub/ shower hot side faucet was defective and extremely difficult to use . Our coffeemaker was missing a critical part, had to replace it at front desk. Okay place for the good price but that’s about all.”
