“The majority of the staff were great and made our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience at the pool bar was disappointing and could definitely use improvement. The biggest issue was the inconsistency in how the bar’s serving policies were enforced. The staff were not very friendly, and the rules seemed to change depending on the guest.
