“The property is very nice and well groomed. The staff is extremely accommodating, I had some special request and they bent over backwards to make it all happen. The rooms were nicely appointed and very roomy. I wanted to be away from the touristy areas and we were. There is a cute little town about a 15 min drive away and there are great restaurants.”

“Clean and quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay again.”

“Third trip to this property and awesome as always. Host is super responsive to questions/concerns. Location is amazing for exploring the nearby restaurants and breweries.”

“Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??”

“Lacking silverware and no AC made eating and sleeping less than desirable.”

“We came from Phoenix metro area to spend a couple weeks or so out of the heat. Property was exceptionally clean and well presented. Host was outstanding. We stayed almost 2 weeks and if we needed something or had any questions, host was on top of it. We asked for a pod coffee maker and the toaster wasn't working right, and host came right over in under an hour with new ones. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Also, grill worked great! Fantastic washer/dryer. Nice little...

“Dit is een heel huis in een rustige buurt, omringt door golfbanen. Het huis beslaat 3 woonlagen, dus trap lopen is wel nodig. Er is een parkeerterrein voor de deur. Ook daar moet je met een trap naar beneden om bij het huis te komen. Het ligt in een rijtje woningen, maar de ligging is rustig. De host is attent en reageert snel op eventuele vragen. Het huis heeft alles wat je je kunt wensen, tot aan een kruidenier aan toe.”

“This property exceeded every expectation I had. After staying in several Airbnbs and VRBOs in the Sedona area that were disappointing…whether due to cleanliness, being outdated or simply not matching the listing..this place was a breath of fresh air.Everything was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully maintained and felt genuinely cared for. The space was comfortable, well-equipped and made it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The kitchen had everything I needed, the air conditioning worked...

“We just had a great stay over the holiday weekend Pros:• location • equipped with everything needed - loved having an array of spices. I’ve stayed at some that don’t even have salt. So having everything for cooking for great • amazing coffee bar and tea assortment for non coffee drinkers • comfortable beds, pillows and bedding• the individual AC units in master and main area worked great • just as shown in photos • communication with owner was excellent and accommodating Cons: • that I don’t...

“It was a great place, great host, walking distance to restaurants ”

“Very clean, smelled good, and the appliances were very nice. Good communication with the host. However the doorway was very dark at night making it hard to see coming and going.”

“Great communication, convenient location and clean”

“Great host, quick on the response, everything was clean, scenic was beautiful, front porch we saw a heard of deer. Would recommend the stay to anyone!”

“Location was ideal and so beautiful. Our host was exceptionally helpful with suggestions and tips for the best restaurants, best hiking trails for older folks, avoiding traffic when using the automobile, our Grand Canyon visit. The management team was also very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment.”

“The location among the red rocks next to the cathedral is stunning. We enjoyed our stay. Erik was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Lovely property. ”
