“The staff here were the best. Each staff member we spoke with helped us storing our bags, finding a place to eat and getting the best rate for transportation. Our room was comfortable and clean. A little tight of a squeeze some mornings but not a big deal. Very quiet inside the hotel and in the area. The bus line is right outside the door and walkable to many places. Please try the Italian restaurant next to the gelato shop and pharmacy. The food is excellent and they have a menu in English! ”

“Trevligt bemötande, stort rum, rent! Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt område, vi hade hyrbil så vi kunde ta oss överallt snabbt. Gamla stan ligger ca 8-10 minuter ifrån med bil. ”

Rummet var rent och trevligt även om möblemanget hade några år på nacken - sängen var däremot mycket bra. Rent och snygg toalett med dusch. Tyst med tanke på att jag hade rum in mot gården, men gatan utanför är inte speciellt trafikerad. €16 med taxi från flygplatsen, ungefär lika mycket till de olika delarna av staden. 20-25 minuters promenad till...
“Ett mindre trestjärnigt hotell på bekvämt gångavstånd till Altstadt. Ca 10-15 minuters promenad genom parken för att komma till Lilla Rävens bryggeri. Hotellet är rent och snyggt men är något äldre. Dygnet-runt service i receptionen. Kontinental frukost. Fri wi-fi. Enda minuset var att extrasängen var obekväm.”

"I only had a short stay at this hotel as my flight from Düsseldorf Airport was early in the morning, but very happy overall.
The staff working the night shift was very friendly and professional, and I felt very welcome even kn the late hours of the night.
The bed was very comfortable, and I had a surpisingly good sleep despite the very short stay.
Would stay here again if the oppurtunity comes."

Bra frukost med yoghurt, fruktsallad, jättegott mörkt bröd, olika varianter av löst te och kaffe som espresso el cappuccino. Äggröra, korv och barnvänliga alternativ också.
Hann inte se så mycket av området då vi endast var på genomresa. Men fräscht hotell, rent och bra städat. Prisvärt!"

"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in Düsseldorf. This was a sad experience."
