I had stayed at Sofitel London St James once before and had a very positive experience, so when my wife turned 50, I wanted her and our sons to experience the hotel as well.
It turned out exactly as I had hoped—a wonderful experience for all of us. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the reception team, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Add to that the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and an outstanding location, and you have a clear ten-out-of-ten hotel experience.

Det var bar. Bra AC nu när det var så varmt. Trevlig personal i matsalen.
Saknade en skrapa i duschen. Den var för en rullstolsburen person vilket gjorde att spegeln i badrummet satt l ågt. Duschen var lite knepig. Men funkade okej
