“Quality of service was average, but one lady at the front desk stood out. Forgot her name. I believe she is the youngest, but with a bright future. She took care of our stay and we were impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond to fix a glitch that happened with hotel miscommunication. Thank you young lady!!!”
