“There was one day where our room was not serviced, so we were short on towels. When we went downstairs to ask for bath towels, the front desk worker said there were none available and so we had to use hand towels. We did enjoy having an indoor hot tub, but the indoor pool was too cold to get in. ”

“The hotel was nice but the staff are another story. We had drove 16 hours and tried to check in an hour early. The desk attendant told us no but we watched another party check in early. Also my husband was charged 3 separate charges all over $50 a piece with no explanation. We called and was given no reason and told a refund would be coming. We also went down and asked for towels during our stay and was given one towel and told there was no other towels or wash rags available. ”

“I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the room itself was clean and looked nice, my overall experience was very disappointing. The noise level was terrible. I could constantly hear water running through the pipes, especially when the room above flushed the bathroom. On top of that, you could clearly hear people walking around on the upper floor. The noise was so disruptive that I woke up several times during the night. Unfortunately, this made for a very uncomfortable stay. I expected a...
