“The first morning of our stay it stormed. I walked into the living area to find that water had come in under that door. They had some come in to put some weather stripping around the door a couple of days later. Three of the channels went out. I talked to gentleman and he said the would reset the tvs in my room. Never happened. I talked to the lady at the desk the next day to inform her that they were still out. She offered to give me the number so that I could call the company responsible. Then...

“We stayed here for a concert at the globe life field. This hotel was so nice and we have no complaints, really close to the concert and a lot of places are walking distance. Rooms were clean and service was nice. It's next to a train, but we had no trouble sleeping or anything. Highly recommend staying here.”
