First of all, my partner called the hotel a day before to inquire about breakfast, asking if it is including or extra and the person on the phone was very rude and said they couldn't provide this information over the phone, before actually answering! “The hotel is very nice a cozy. Rooms are very spacious, well equipped and in good shape. All the rooms have vinyl record player and you can just ask for them in the front desk. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The location is great, right by all the restaurants and shops. From a traveler who's been in many hotels, this one is a sure bet. Overall, a great hotel”
