“There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again.”

“Property was nice.. Would’ve liked a hot tub, a little more on the Continental Breakfast and maybe extra blankets. But, was clean and microwave and refrigerator worked great.. Bed and couch bed was comfortable.”

“Property was clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was decent but ran out of a lot of items. Pool was okay but would’ve been nice to have a pool and hot tub outside as well. Nice location, easy to get to.”

“We enjoy staying here while in Dubuque. Rooms are always clean, bed is comfortable, air conditioner and fridge work great. They did take out their laundry room on a recent remodel and the pool right outside the rooms make it very noisy in the rooms. We like the jacuzzi room, which has so much room and we love the jacuzzi.”

“Breakfast was okay. Furniture was stained in a lot of places, the TV in the living area did not work. Housekeeping never showed up to service my room, maybe I should have requested? Elevator and other pieces of the hotel were very outdated. Walls were thin - I heard conversations and early alarms through the walls. Probably won't stay here again.”
