“Fabulous location. Kimberly was prompt to respond to questions. Comfy bed with lots of pillows! Loved the Parlor Coffee and Cocktails nearby. Wished there had been an oven/stove or even a simple hot plate but we managed with just the microwave and fridge for our week’s stay. Charming space!”

“EXCELLENT, top marks on all fronts. We were in town to catch a Colts game and do some golfing. The location is prime downtown, easy walking to football or basketball, restaurants, bars, etc. Even the layout of the property was ideal for 2 or 4 with a large common area, 2 bedrooms with ensuites. Very clean with amenities provided. I would highly recommend the property.”

“Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day.
