“We like how close the house is to the Bottleworks area, the area is so walkable. Really appreciated the use of the garage as opposed to street parking. Easy entry access, it was nice that all doors had the same code. Thanks.”

“My husband stayed downtown Indianapolis for a concert. This condo was great! Easy check in process, clean, comfortable bed, and in a good neighborhood. It's walking distance (maybe 10min) to the Garage Food Hall. We took an uber to Lucas Oil Stadium. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Lovely property. We had fun by the pool and in the game room. There’s free coffee in the common area as well. The host was very accommodating and kind. Spacious kitchen, nice TVs. Slightly complicated check in process but they do their best to help you through it. AC control, nice porch to sit on and get some sun. Great location for activities too!”

“The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby, super clean area and fun atmosphere. The actual unit was a bit tired especially compared to the rental pictures. The couch and bath towels are very worn and the unit could use a deep clean ( cobwebs and paint touch up). There was not enough seating for four comfortably because there was not a second chair our a dinette set, luckily we were out exploring most of the time. The city was very easy to get around and we loved having a home base...

“We stayed the wknd for a cheer competition at the convention center. We got around easily on the Bird/Lime scooters. Also very prompt Lyft/Uber, wait less than 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Bathrooms are large and recently upgraded (appreciate that)! Also, washer/dryer was a bonus. CVS right across the street and a lovely brunch restaurant called Yolk, each a 2 minute walk. The 302 Alabama St was not a good location for GPS. I found putting in Delaware and Louisiana st got me much closer...

“My stay was a quick one and for what I needed it for, it served its purpose. The host was very communicative and responsive to my messages. My only tip would be to make sure to confirm details prior to checking in. I took rideshares to downtown and paid no more than $20 (since I was by myself and drinking I didn’t want to walk but my maps said it was about a half hour walk).”

“Walking distance to IU sports campus. Building under new management and undergoing some renovation work. Residents are very nice. Dog park on 5th could use better owner poop patrol, but was great for the 3am pee session. Quiet hallways. Vegan cafe on main floor and Vegan burgers along canal.”

“The place was clean and very homey. My driveway and sidewalk was cleared of snow each morning, which was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Rooms are OK, quite large and nice beds. After five or so years the American build quality starts showing. One need to be aware of what direction the room is facing, if it’s north then the railroad will be keeping the light sleeper awake. Hotel breakfast room currently feeling a bit tired, but depends on what time you get there. They do have some decent art on the walls though. ”
