“The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER”

“Enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. We could cook in or find a restaurant close by. We walked to a local Mexican restaurant one night. Downtown was minutes away. The process for checking in was easy. Oh, and the bed was so comfortable we slept great. Thank you!”

“Host was decent. Replied back to messages reasonably fast. Both pullout beds were broken and host didn’t seem to care and suggested using the pullout couch or squeeze into the king bed. I would have liked for him to care a little more and want to help.Place was clean and presented as expected. The place is more for a couple than a family. King bed was comfortable. ”
