“This modest townhouse with a shared wall is perfectly located between Sierra Nevada Taproom and Shubert's Ice Cream. Nice that there was coffee in the kitchen. Really nice to have ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We enjoyed the small but private outdoor seating area.”

“This little apartment is cute and comfortable. Very close to many restaurants and shops. It was a perfect location to access Whiskeytown Lake Rec Area and not to far from Shasta to access other national parks. I would definitely book this place again when back in the area!”

“Great hosts, property exactly as described, and nice stay on a small farm. Really delicious food available from the hosts, although a bit pricey - we got the dinner, was really nice, best asparagus I've ever tasted! The barn loft is pretty solid - lacking some things like a kitchen sink to wash glasses (did this in the bathroom), but that was all fine. A little bit of noise from the commercial kitchen for their catering business , but nothing significant. Pretty hot in the loft too - we arrive...

“This is a cute, nicely renovated, roomy, detached cottage set in the middle of a fruit orchard. It was sparkling clean and very quiet which is just how we like it. We were charmed by the orange trees over the patio and at the front door. Despite the bucolic setting, we found it was just a few minutes drive to downtown Chico to restaurants and stores. The hosts were very responsive to any communication and provided clear instructions for checking in and out.”

“Super cute, clean place in great neighborhood. However it is attached to main house where there is a dog and im assuming a toddler. Dog didnt bark too much but you will hear the sounds of toddler running all aound and making quite a bit of noise pretty early in the morning. Thats what kids do but I didnt know it would be right next to my sleeping head at 630am. So if your looking to sleep in this isnt the place for you. Otherwise everything was great.
