“We had a board retreat at this location and it was great for the important work we needed to accomplish. Ample outdoor space around two fire pits and a creek. We used the large garage building as a meeting space and it worked wonderfully. A fantastic setting for our group of 10! The host was easy to get a hold of, flexible, and provided additional firewood within minutes of asking!”

“This was a cute house literally half block from Green Lake. The location worked out perfect for us and the parking in the back was ideal. House was nice and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a real lifesaver. The owner was very accommodating and communicative. Truly an enjoyable stay”

“I'd give this place a 9/10, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Seattle again. The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV. The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...
