“The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.”

“This property was great for our family. Location was perfect, and it was close to everything. There was an issue with ants that we were not aware of before hand, and lost some food due to ants getting into it. Otherwise we had no issues at all and would definitely stay again!”

“This space is small, but overall the space is so maximized that it’s perfect for a short stay! The space is well stocked for a good week’s worth of time, if not longer, and truly has everything you could possibly think, along with so many things you may not think of. There were robes for each person staying at the rental (4!) along with slippers, so you’d be able to feel good walking the short distance to the hot tub.
