“Absolutely amazing views, and such a comfy room. We had an electric blanket and a heater. We opted for the room with the bath tub and it was so cozy!!! You have to bear in mind this budget luxury and not everything is perfect in terms of appearance but it was still such a love lovely hotel. It included a great breakfast, moped rental, laundry service and even excursion. I could not recommend this place more!!!!”

“Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

“Loved our stay! The location is nice and central to old quarter, close to the lively downtown area but tucked away from all the noise. We ate at a bbq spot right outside the gated area and it was amazing. The host was amazing, extremely fast responses, very outgoing to make sure we were comfortable, and provided all the information we needed. Very accommodating. If I ever come back to Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again and I fully recommend this stay.”
