In Bennington Vermont there are many covered bridges that you can still travel on going over the rivers. This is the Henry Covered Bridge. It crosses the Walloomsac River. The bridges are from the 1800s and a beautiful unique site to see and travel over as most are still only big enough for one car to go through.

Our 2nd time staying here this season. We love it, perfect location to town and ski. Spotless rooms, microwave and fridge a bonus when kids are traveling. Rooms were so warm we turned off heat. Breakfast included. Check in and out very quick and friendly, we will absolutely stay again.
